Sophie grew up in Paris, France where she received her B.A. in Marketing and International Business from ISC (Institut Supérieur du Commerce) Business School. She started with Genesys Conferencing (today part of Intercall) in the Paris sales department – Genesys was then the pioneer of automated conferencing and a small startup.
In 1995, Sophie moved to Denver, Colorado in order to complete her M.B.A while serving as an independent consultant for Fortune 500 companies such as France Telecom (Orange) and US West, as well as emerging high-tech companies in both Europe and the US.
With the help of co-founders and key investors such as Orange, MeetingOne was launched in 1999 in downtown Denver. Today, she takes a lot of pride in seeing the business prosper by empowering companies and their different use cases all over the world with the best audio and web conferencing technology supported by personalized customer service.

Joseph Rinaudo joined MeetingOne in March 2009 as General Manager Europe. An Engineer with a degree from the Grenoble National Polytechnique Institute in France, Joseph started his career with France Telecom in 1971 in charge of several key economic business studies until 1980.
Joseph spent the next 10 years as General Manager of SMT Goupil, a French computer manufacturer. Joseph then led Newscreen Communications, a consulting firm specialized in telecommunications, networks and services. Joseph was responsible for strategic activities including business development in the European market for Jabber Inc. and various telecommunications projects for Adobe France during his eight years at Newscreen Communications.

Nicolas has 11 years of international experience in the IT industry, including the last seven years at MeetingOne. In his current position and as a consultant for Microsoft, Qwest (US West) as well as smaller organizations, he has designed and managed software and information systems projects and services. Such projects involved web meeting and eLearning solutions, instant messaging integration, database systems as well as website design. At MeetingOne, Nicolas pioneered the web meeting and elearning offerings, the account management program, and event services. He currently manages MeetingOne’s business development activities including partners, channels, resellers, and the ongoing account management program. Nicolas has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mary brings MeetingOne more than 20 years experience managing finance teams for companies in diverse industries including manufacturing, technology and healthcare. Prior to joining MeetingOne, Mary held senior finance positions at MPC Computers, J.D. Edwards, and Ryder TRS and in her most recent position served as Corporate Controller for Copan Systems. Mary has significant experience working with companies to strengthen accounting processes, implement financial systems and improve overall operations. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Maurice joined MeetingOne in 2012 to lead the IT and Product Development team. Maurice brings fifteen years of experience in Information Technology and product development with over nine years originating in the telecommunications space, in particular specializing in conferencing-based services for Global Crossing Telecommunications. Prior to that, Maurice held senior management and engineering roles in telecommunications, healthcare, and PLM industry spaces; he brings a wealth of experience and success in building enterprise and service-based product architectures internationally, in addition to leading software development and IT teams worldwide. Maurice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Technology from Regis University.

Carol has over 20 years of customer service experience that spans several industries as varied as mortgage banking, title insurance, and software support. Prior to joining MeetingOne, she managed the customer service/helpdesk and network operations monitoring teams for Mercury Companies, Inc. Carol joined MeetingOne in March 2009. In her current position, Carol manages the customer service and event facilitation team, whose goal is to provide timely and personalized support for MeetingOne’s audio and web conferencing products. Carol has a B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

Daniel joined MeetingOne in May of 2012 as a Sales Account Executive with over 9 years of B to B sales experience with a background in email and web security. Daniel managed MX Logic’s and McAfee’s (acquired by Intel) reseller channel for the Central region specializing in SaaS Security. At MeetingOne, Daniel has been a key contributor to the Direct sales team focusing on MeetingOne’s complete conferencing portfolio including Adobe Connect and MeetingOne integrated Audio and services. As such, Daniel was promoted to US sales Team Leader in December 2014 and is responsible for coaching the team as well as training and on boarding new reps. Daniel has a Bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University where he graduated in 2006 as well as certification and highest performer standing from the Three Value Logic Sales Institution in Denver, CO completed in 2008.

Brittany joined MeetingOne in September of 2014. She has over 7 years of experience in supporting sales and marketing teams. As MeetingOne’s manager of marketing and sales support, Brittany leads the department toward its goal of building brand awareness and driving demand for MeetingOne’s audio and web conferencing products. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchanding from Western Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Training & Development from DePaul University.
